Free Registration
Registration is required to sign up for a free ticket for participating in WordCamp Japan 2021.
Registration will allow you to:
- You can attend all sessions.
- You can participate in Contributor Days which have 10 topics to contribute together.
*Advance registration is required to attend each of the Contributor Days event.
* All contents of Contributor Days will be presented in Japanese except for the FSE (Full Site Editing) Testing. Please keep in mind that this may be a hurdle for those who have difficulty/difficulties communicating in Japanese. - During the exhibition period, oVice (communication space) will be available. You can enjoy interacting with other participants, session speakers, sponsors, and the staff involved in WordCamp Japan 2021.

How to Register
Select the number of tickets
You can register from the tickets page.
Select one ticket per person regardless of whether you are attending for one day or multiple days.
Enter your registration information
At least, please fill in all required items(*). You can use a nickname or any name other than your real name.
- Only participants who select “Yes” to the question “Do you want to be listed on the public Attendees pages?” will be displayed in the list of participants.
- The image icon displayed in the list on the attendees’ page will be the avatar image created by Gravatar, which is linked to the email address you entered.
Gravatar is a service provided by WordPress.com that allows you to create an avatar (a character image or profile picture that represents you). Click here to register for Gravatar.
After input, click the “チケットを入手” button.
Registration Complete
When the following screen appears, your registration is complete.
Confirm the registration email
Please make sure that you have received the email titled “WordCamp Japan 2021 のチケット” at your registered email, and read the contents.
Confirm the list of attendees page
If you select “Yes” to the question “Do you want to be listed on the public Attendees pages?”, please confirm the list of attendees pages later (it will take some time before your information appears.)
When you want to edit your registration information
Only before the opening of WordCamp Japan 2021, you can change your registration from the ticket URL in the registration email.
Advance & separate registration is required for Contributor Days
If you want to participate in each event of the Contributor Days (English information is here), you need to apply for each event from the “connpass” event service. This will help us keep track of the number of participants.
