If there are any problems with streaming tools, Zoom, YouTube, etc., we will continue as long as there are alternative tools available to stream the event. If there are any problems with Slack or oVice, we will stop using those and proceed.

Furthermore, when any problems occur, we will tell you the important information via the email address that you have already registered as the participants. We will also announce updates on the top page of this website and our Twitter account, such as:

  • Occurrence of communication/service failure and the recovery status
  • Timetable delay as a result of network issue

And Lastly…

Please check the email that we’ll be sending on Friday, June 18 (JST/UTC+9) in addition to this page. It will have the URLs of Slack and oVice, which allow those who register for this event to join.

The number of WordCamps in Japan has finally reached 30 as we hold WordCamp Japan 2021 this time. We’re still trying a lot of new things there. For example, the schedule is for 7 days.

Possibly, you could encounter some troubles, such as communication failure. But we hope that you will experience and enjoy these new things with one another.

We are looking forward to meeting each of you on the event day.
